The Logan Library has an awesome lineup of authors for a book signing this Saturday, and we’d love for you to join us.
We’ll start with Tyler Whitesides‘ powerhouse of a first novel, Janitors. A native of Logan, he shot to instant fame when Janitors was released by Deseret Book this August. Super fun, entertaining, and an easy read, this book is sure to catch the interest of any fan of Brandon Mull’s Fablehaven series. Read our review here.
Amber Argyle, who held a book signing here at the store last month, just released her first book, too. Witch Song is a novel that is sure to be a hit among teen and adult readers who are wanting to read about more than vampires and werewolves. I can’t wait to see what she comes up with next.
“Girls don’t walk with boys. Even if they’re good boys–and Zenn is the best.” With Possession, Elana Johnson has tapped into another popular vein of the Young Adult genre–dystopia. We haven’t met her yet, but she seems like a delightful person, and her writing isn’t too shabby, either.
Stop in at the Logan Library this Saturday, October 15, at 2 p.m. Each author will do a reading from their book, answer questions, and, of course, sign books. Did I mention they’re all local? You can’t get better than that.
Let us know what you think of the event Saturday, and if you’d like to meet with more authors like those there.
